Here are the Terms & Conditions for Casa J Private Resort:

Booking Terms

  1. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid before check-in.

  2. Check-in time is 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

  3. The resort can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests overnight. Any guests exceeding this limit will be denied entry.

Prohibited Activities

  1. The use and/or possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited on the property.

  2. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

  3. Pets are not allowed. Guests who bring pets will incur a ₱5,000 penalty fee. The pet will be caged in the garage and management will not be liable for any injuries, loss, sickness or death of the pet.

Guest Conduct

  1. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner at all times. Unruly, disrespectful or verbally abusive behavior towards staff may result in eviction from the property without refund.

  2. Guests shall be held responsible for the proper use of the facilities, furniture, appliances and equipment. Damages and breakages must be reported to the caretaker and settled before check-out.

  3. Excessive dirt or mess requiring extra cleaning will incur a ₱1,000 or more cleaning fee. Confetti cannons/poppers and glitter bombs are not allowed.

Liabilities

  1. The resort does not serve food and drinks and shall not be liable for any food poisoning from food and drinks brought in by guests.

  2. Management shall be free from any damages or liability resulting from any unlawful or wrongful acts committed by guests.

  3. Management shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, deaths or any incidents that may occur on the premises.

Payment Terms

  1. A pencil booking is held for only 24 hours pending the 50% deposit payment. The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  2. Payments are accepted via cash, online bank transfer or credit card (via Airbnb only). Proof of online transfer is required.

  3. Any outstanding fees must be settled with the caretaker before check-out.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. It may be used to rebook for a future date in case of guest no-show due to unforeseen events.

  2. Rebooking or change of date is allowed if done at least 14 days before check-in.

  3. For health-related rebookings, a doctor's note or medical certificate is required. An admin charge of 50% of the standard rate applies for rebookings approved beyond the 14-day grace period.

  4. No-shows are considered a cancellation. No refunds will be issued.

The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Non-compliance with any of the above constitutes a breach of the agreement and may result in eviction without compensation.
